[REVIEW] Innisfree eco natural green tea BB Cream

Hello beauties ~

Are you ready for another BB Cream review? I surely hope so because after this one I have 10 BB Cream samples to review ~ Anyhow this time I am reviewing eco natural green tea BB Cream by Innisfree. This was the first time I tried anything by the brand. If you are interested to know how this worked for me continue reading ^^

 DESCRIPTION
Innisfree eco natural green tea BB cream SPF29 PA++: This moisture BB Cream, contained with green tea seed ingredients harvested from the green tea gardens in Jeju island, delivers rich moisture to your skin as it gently covers flaws.
Taken from Cosmetic Love site
It has two shades: Bright Moisture and Natural Moisture. I don't know which shade my sample was since I didn't notice it anywhere... And obviously I don't read Korean. So yeah I wish there would have been the shade information in English. If you know which one is this please tell me ^^

 PACKAGING

The look of the sample is the same as the full size product. I like the look ^^ It really brings "green tea" to my mind. I love green tea btw ~ I don't know how the full size bottle product packaging works but when looking the sample I see the important information in English.

 WHERE TO BUY

You can buy this BB Cream from Cosmetic Love. The full size product has 40ml and it costs $17,31. Unfortunately they don't offer any samples on this so you can't buy a sample and see if it's good for you or not. Thankfully I ordered the 12 BB Cream sample special offer when it was available ^^

 SCENT

I don't know how to describe the scent of this BB Cream. To me it didn't smell bad at all. At first it smelled somewhat similar to salmiakki (Finnish salty candy, similar to liquorice). Then when I smelled again at the product it smelled like parsley and then somehow medicines. It also smelled a bit like green tea. I think the smell was really artificial but I liked the scent haha XD

 COVERAGE

Just like with the SKIN79 Snail Nutrition BB Cream for this one too I tested the coverage by drawing different colored lines to my hand.

The coverage seems to be better than the SKIN79 Snail Nutrition BB Cream had. This Innisfree BB Cream also seems to fit my skin tone better. Or is it just me who thinks so haha LOL ~

And this is a close up of what the Innisfree eco natural green tea BB Cream looks on my skin.

 WHEN WORN

Here is a before after picture of my whole face. You can see how it blends pretty well to my skin tone. I took these photos in a daylight right in front of a window. The shade looks natural and makes my skin glow. However I felt that it was too "moisturizing" or "greasy" or something to my skin so I had to add powder to make it look better and stay better since I need to use glasses D:

I didn't do an oil test this time but here is a result after having the BB Cream and one layer of powder on my face for 7 hours. Compared to the SKIN79 one this one produced more oil.

I didn't use oil blotting paper but I think I would have needed to use it at least once. But then again I kept this one on my face one hour longer than I kept the SKIN79 BB Cream.

 SUMMARY

+ good looking package
+ good coverage
+ fits to my skin tone
+ has SPF29 (not the best but good enough for me haha)
+ after removing this while cleansing my face I realized my skin was more moist and looked somehow healthier than before
+/- artificial but good scent

- not so good oil control (but not too bad either)
- didn't find any information on which shade the product was (i'm sure full sized product has the information)

RATING: 4/5  Would I buy the full sized product? I'm not sure. I think I would.

How did you like this review? Have you tried this specific BB Cream? Do you know which shade my sample was? Comment below and let me know haha ^^

    1. I love it too ~ If I understood right from the package it has 100% natural ingredients (which I kinda suspect because after all it's BB Cream.)

  3. Whoa, the BB cram looks AWESOME on you! o.o Love the finish - I'm guessing this has decent oil control (it can't be as bad as Etude House's CC cream oil control, right?) Thanks for the review Jenna! ^___^

  9. Wow, I think it looks really great in the photo where you've set it with powder. I don't really think it controls enough oil for me personally, but I haven't found a BB cream that doesn't get really greasy on my face by the end of the day anyway :p

    1. I also have the problem :P This wasn't as bad as some Western BB creams.

  10. That was a great idea for a coverage test! I think I would be hesitant to purchase simply because of the lack of oil control, but it also seems to have a lot of pros to it.

  11. Thanks for sharing this review with us! I don't think that I would buy a full package of that BB Cream, it still doesn't satisfy me yet. However, I'm quite choosey in cosmetic issues :P

  14. Seems like a good BB cream, except maybe for the part where the finish is somehow shiny. But that can easily be remedied by applying powder after. :) The coverage looks nice though!

    1. Yup, the shiny-ness can be hidden with powder ^^

  15. Your sample was shade #2. You can see on the back, underneath where it says SPF. That line that starts with 2. Also, this is a moisturising BB Cream meant for dry skin, so it's not going to dry matte or control oil.

  16. Thanks for the review! My skin has become so dry this winter in Korea and I need to find a BB cream that more moisturising. Think I'll give this one a try! xx
